MIRA Health Terms of Service

3. HIPAA Compliance & Protected Health Information (PHI)

MIRA Health is committed to protecting your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

What this means:

• We apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your PHI.
• All PHI entered into our platform is stored securely using encryption at rest and in transit.
• We restrict PHI access to authorized personnel and third parties who comply with HIPAA privacy and security rules.

Business Associate Agreements (BAAs):

If MIRA Health partners with HIPAA-covered entities (e.g., clinics, insurers), we will enter into Business Associate Agreements to ensure proper handling of PHI in line with regulatory requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

6. Privacy and Data Use

Please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data and PHI in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.

• Consent: You consent to data processing as outlined, including use of de-identified data for analytics or platform improvement.
